The well-being and safety of our guests are our main concern, so in order to be able to fulfill our commitments, we ask everyone to keep the following information in mind during their stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including electronic cigarettes. There are smoke sensors that will detect the presence of smoke and activate the alarm automatically;
• The stay or visit of any domestic animal is not allowed;
• Capturing images for commercial or advertising purposes is not permitted;
• The holding of parties or events is prohibited;
• It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the pool or the jacuzzi;
• Both the pool and the jacuzzi are not supervised, so it is required caution in their use and supervision of minors;
• The pool is about 1 meter deep, so a cautious entry is recommended;
• It is recommended that whenever the pool and the jacuzzi are not being used that they have the cover closed, in order to preserve the water temperature and to be pleasant when using it;
• For environmental issues, energy and water efficiency, the pool cover closes automatically at 01:00 AM. If you want this automation to be turned off, please inform the host;
• It is recommended to close the parasol whenever there are wind gusts greater than 20 km/h, and when there are no people staying on the terrace, given the strong exposure to wind in this location;
• It is recommended caution when using the fireplace and supervision of minors around it;
• The house has several stairs, so it is recommended to supervise babies and children in places that have access to the stairs;
• This house is located in a residential area so the neighbors should be respected. In this sense, it is requested that between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM there is greater attention to the noise generated. This house has noise sensors, which at no time capture, record or analyze sounds, they only measure the noise generated, and in case of detection of a high level of noise for a prolonged period, they activate an alarm;
• Since this Villa is located on one of the main avenues, and even with double glazing on all windows, it is not possible to guarantee absolute silence inside the house;

• If any of the guests have any allergies, they are requested to inform the host until check-in is completed.
• Any local or national tourist tax is excluded from the reservation price and will be paid by the guest at check-in, in accordance with current legislation.
